Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness and personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. 

Refunds 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
